The last Sunday of every month, the Heart & Sole Running Club members compete in a 60-Minute Challenge.
All the running club members run out the same route for 30 minutes (Ochterloney St/Prince Albert Rd/Waverley Rd), then return back the same way and make note of their distance at 60 minutes and register it with the club.

Each month there will be a draw for members who participate in the 60-Minute Challenge. Submit a distance for the challenge and you will be entered into the draw. January's draw was for $50 gift card from Aerobics First!

most improved
Prize will be awarded at the end of the year for most improved. The most improved Heart & Sole Running Club member will receive a pair of sneakers from Aerobics First and 1-year subscription to Canadian Running Magazine
rules
- We rely on the honor system and good sportsmanship that no one will intentially TANK a run! The club reserves the right to disqualify a submission, if it is deemed unreasonable by us.
- You must participate 3 times in the year to have your improvement calculated (the lowest time will be dropped).
- You must be able to run 60-minutes to register your time (minimal walk-breaks are allowed ex: 10:1)
- You must run two runs before December, and be present for the December run to record your end-of-year improvement
